8660 - TRANSPORTATION OF STUDENTS BY PRIVATE VEHICLE
No employee of this Governing Board shall use their private vehicle to transport students of the ESC, except in emergency situations. In such situations, an employee’s personal automobile liability insurance shall provide primary coverage in the event of an accident.
