7250 - NAMING OF AND LOGOS FOR PROGRAMS, SERVICES AND FACILITIES

In the naming of ESC programs, services, schools, and facilities and the development of logos and other representations of same, it is the desire of the Governing Board that the brand and trademarks of our ESC be primary considerations. These brand names and trademarks include, but are not limited to:

  1. Ohio Valley Educational Service Center
  2. Ohio Valley Educational Service Center Governing Board
  3. Ohio Valley ESC
  4. OVESC
  5. The colors Red and Black
  6. Student Readiness Collaborative
  7. Bright Beginnings Preschool
  8. Southeast Ohio Area Manufacturing Council
  9. Southeast Ohio Business Advisory Council
  10. Ohio Valley Educational Service Center Business Advisory Council
  11. ESC logos
  12. Ohio Valley ESC Opportunity School
