6910 - HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUMS

Any employee on non-FMLA unpaid leave status shall be required to pay one hundred percent (100%) of all health care premiums for the month(s) in which the employee is on such unpaid leave status unless otherwise provided in the health care plan.
