4220 - EVALUATION OF CLASSIFIED STAFF

The Governing Board recognizes the importance of implementing a program of classified staff member evaluations for the purpose of promoting individual job performance and improving services to students.

The goals of the Governing Board’s evaluation plan for classified personnel are to:

1. improve and reinforce the skills, attitudes, and abilities which enable a classified staff member to be effective in achieving assigned job goals; and
   
2. identify and remediate weaknesses which prevent a classified staff member from achieving the goals of assigned duties.
