USE OF PERSONAL COMMUNICATION DEVICES

0167.7 - USE OF PERSONAL COMMUNICATION DEVICES

When performing duties as a Governing Board member, regardless of whether the Board member is using a personal communication device ("PCD") (as defined by Bylaw 0100) or Educational Service Center ("Center") technology resources (as defined by Bylaw 0100), a Board member's use of PCDs or Center technology resources shall be in accordance with the following policies:

  1. Policy 7530.01 - Cellular Telephone Allowance
  2. Policy 7530.02 - Staff Use of Personal Communication Devices
  3. Policy 7540.04 - Staff Technology Acceptable Use and Safety
  4. Policy 7542 - Access to Center Technology Resources and/or Information Resources from Personal Communication Devices
