0151 - ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

The Governing Board shall organize annually at a meeting held during January. No later than December 31st of the previous year, the Treasurer shall survey the members of the new Board and establish the date, time, and place of the organizational meeting. The Board shall appoint a President Pro Tem who shall serve as presiding officer for the organizational meeting until the election of the Board President. The Board shall organize by electing one (1) of its members the President and another the Vice-President.
