As to all non-financial and non-public record matters, the line of communication to and from the Governing Board and its employees shall flow through the Superintendent and/or his/her designees only.

As to all financial and public record matters, the line of communication to and from the Governing Board and its employees shall flow through the Superintendent and/or his/her designees and/or the Treasurer/CFO and/or his/her designees only.
