0142.1 - OATH

Each member of the Board shall, before entering the duties of office, take an oath to support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Ohio and to faithfully and impartially perform the duties of the office. R.C. 3313.10

While the oath of office may be separately administered by qualified individuals, the oath of office shall also be administered to new members by the Treasurer or a member of the Board. R.C. 3.24, R.C. 147.07, R.C. 3313.10
