6610B - PROCEDURE FOR INACTIVE ACTIVITY ACCOUNTS

Prior to the termination of a student-activity organization and class, all funds remaining in the treasury must be disposed of in one (1) of the following ways:

  1. Expended by vote of the organization controlling these funds as provided for in the bylaws.

  2. Transferred to another student-activity organization following the standard withdrawal procedure.
