6510A - TIME SHEETS

Time sheets for temporary, nonsalaried personnel, or per diem substitutes, and overtime work by all nonmanagement personnel, using the appropriate form, are to be completed and submitted by supervisors to the Business Office in accordance with the printed calendar.

General Instructions:

  1. Place information requested in proper area.

  2. A separate time sheet is not to be submitted for each different job at the same location. Place all needed information on one (1) time sheet.

  3. Dates must be filled in for each day worked.

  4. Hourly employees must show the number of hours worked each day.
