2260D - NOTICE OF NONDISCRIMINATION

The full notice of nondiscrimination including the District's complete pupil discrimination complaint procedure, including the designated employee's name, address and phone number is to be disseminated at least annually to students, parents, employees, and the general public.

A pupil nondiscrimination statement is to be placed in all of the following documents prepared by the District:

Parent/Student Handbooks

Staff Handbooks

Course Catalogs

Application Forms for Enrollment and Employment

Recruitment Materials for Students and for Staff

To inform the general public, the notice should be sent to the local newspaper(s).
