9120B - PHOTOGRAPHS/PICTURES

The Corporation has a need for photographs for use in personnel records, student records, school newsletters, general public information, and the like.

Commercial use of personal photographs shall be prohibited without specific approval of the parent and/or staff member. Group photographs of a general nature may be used for public relations and media press releases; however, individual photographs require a written approval from the parent/staff member prior to use.
