6630 - FLOWER AND GIFT FUND

The purpose of this fund is to provide flowers or cash contribution upon the death of a staff member or his/her immediate family member. Immediate family is limited to father, mother, spouse, children, parent-in-law, grandparent, brother, or sister. The amount of the contribution is not to exceed $4.00 per person.

This fund is to be instituted on a voluntary basis. Suggested contributions to the fund by each staff member will be determined.
