The public notice contained on Form 2260 F8 - Notice of Nondiscrimination and Internal Complaint Procedures (Including Title VIandTitle VII is to be disseminated at least annually to students, parents, employees, and the general public.

This notice is to be placed in all of the following documents prepared by the Corporation:

• Parent/Student Handbooks
• Staff Handbooks
• Course Catalogs
• Application Forms for Enrollment and Employment
• Recruitment Materials for Students and for Staff

To inform the general public, the notice should be sent to the local newspaper(s).
