2460 - SPECIAL EDUCATION

The Board of Education shall enter into an agreement with the Monroe County Intermediate School District to provide a comprehensive, free, and appropriate educational program to all eligible disabled persons ages zero (0) through twenty-five (25) which complies with Federal and State laws and guidelines.

The Superintendent shall prepare whatever administrative guidelines are necessary to ensure effective implementation of the special education program.
