6820 - FINANCIAL REPORT

In order to maintain financial oversight for the operation of the School District, the Board of Education establishes the following policy.

The Board shall receive at each regular monthly meeting statements showing the financial position of the Board as of the last day of the preceding month.

The Treasurer shall be responsible for the submission of the monthly financial report. Said report shall include:

  1. obligations incurred last month and to date by fund;

  2. expenditures last month and to date by fund;

  3. funds received last month and to date by fund.
