4422 - BENEFITS FOR NONREPRESENTED STAFF
The Board of Education will provide all benefits of the contract between the Board and the Ohio Association of Public School Employees (OAPSE) to non-teaching personnel who are not bargaining unit members.
However, administrative employees of the District shall not have the benefits of the OAPSE contract, but shall have those benefits as provided in each of their individual contracts of employment. For purposes of this policy, "administrative employees" shall include the Superintendent, Treasurer, all principals, any assistant principals, curriculum coordinator, technology coordinator, and any other employee on a contract pursuant to R.C. 3319.02 regarding other administrators.
