4421.06 - GROUP LIFE INSURANCE

The Board of Education will make available to its full-time employees a group life insurance program. The rate of premium for the coverage in this program shall be paid by the Board for all full-time employees who request said coverage.

This policy will be in effect as per the provisions of the agreement of the Board. Private policies upon termination of employment with the Board as per the terms of the agreement are available to any individual who wishes to convert to private coverage.
