3421.06 - GROUP LIFE INSURANCE

The Board of Education will make available to its full-time employees a group life insurance program in the amount of $40,000 coverage per employee. The premium for the coverage in this program shall be paid by the Board for all full-time employees who request said coverage.

This policy will be in effect as per the provision of the agreement of the Board. Private policies upon termination of employment with the Board as per the terms of the agreement are available to any individual who wishes to convert to private coverage.

Any employee regularly scheduled to work four and one-half (4 ½) hours or more per day, five (5) days a week, of the regular work year is defined as a full-time employee.
