3421.05 - GROUP DENTAL INSURANCE

The Board of Education will make available to its full-time employees a group dental insurance program. The premium for the coverage in this program shall be paid by the Board for all its full-time employees who request said coverage.

Any employee regularly scheduled to work four and one-half (4 ½) hours or more per day, five (5) days a week, of the regular work year is defined as a full-time employee.
