3420 - FRINGE BENEFITS

The Board of Education realizes the concern of its employees for the availability of those protective and personally advantageous benefits beyond an individual’s basic salary. It is the Board’s desire to make available or provice, within the limits of the law and sound fixed management, those benefits which are beneficial to the employee and the District.

This being the case it is the Board’s intention to grant to all full-time professional staff, including administrators all benefits that are now in existence and those that may come into existence thru future grants or negotiations.
