2465 - SUSPENSION/EXPULSION OF DISABLED STUDENTS

In matters relating to the disciplining of disabled students, the Board of Education shall abide by Federal and State laws regarding suspension and expulsion as well as Policy 5610.

The Superintendent shall establish administrative guidelines and ensure they are properly used when disciplining any student with a disability.
