0151 - ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

The Board of Education shall organize annually at a meeting held during the first fifteen (15) days of January. No later than December 31st of the previous year, the Treasurer shall survey the members of the new Board and establish the date, time, and place of the organizational meeting. The Board shall appoint a President Pro Tem who shall serve as presiding officer until the election of the Board President. The Board shall organize by electing one of its members the President and another the Vice-President. (See Bylaw 0152 - Officers)
