3132 - VACANCIES

It shall be the policy of the Board to employ the person best suited to perform the duties of a particular District vacancy at any level. Vacancies shall be posted internally and externally at the same time. Internal posting does not provide any preference for internal candidates.

The District Administrator shall establish procedures to facilitate identification and evaluation of candidates for administrative, supervisory, and other leadership positions.
