6330 - LEASING SCHOOL PROPERTY

The Board is authorized to lease school sites, building, and equipment, not needed for school purposes to any person for any lawful use at a reasonable rental fee. Lease assets held by the District shall be reported to the District's auditors for proper accounting.

Such action must be approved at an annual or special School District meeting of the electorate.
