5200.01 - FULL-TIME STUDENT

The Board defines a full-time student as a student enrolled in a Board-approved program in accordance with other statutory required programs and exceptions; a student enrolled in a District program for a full instructional day; unless the student is enrolled in a Board-approved Early College Credit Program, Start College Now program, special education program identified in an IEP, modified program authorized for in accordance with Policy 2451 - Program or Curriculum Modifications, or an alternative education program; work-based leaerning program.

Students who do not meet one (1) of the standards identified above will be classified as part-time students.
