3. We believe that the teachers should be highly qualified professionals, teaching to standards with clear expectations; teachers should be committed to the development of the total child.

4. We believe that children learn best in an environment that promotes risk taking, fosters active engagement, and celebrates individuality and personal achievement.

5. We believe that quality education promotes social consciousness and prepares students for a lifetime of learning.

6. We believe in developing good citizenship, democracy, patriotism and the freedoms guaranteed in our Federal Constitution.
