USE OF PERSONAL COMMUNICATION DEVICES

0167.7 - USE OF PERSONAL COMMUNICATION DEVICES

When performing duties as a Board of Education member, regardless of whether the Board member is using a personal communication device ("PCD") (as defined by Bylaw 0100) or District technology resources (as defined by Bylaw 0100), a Board member's use of PCDs or District technology resources shall be in accordance with the following policies and administrative guideline:

  1. Policy 7530.01 - BOARD-OWNED TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES USED FOR COMMUNICATION
  2. Policy 7530.02 - Staff Use of Personal Communication Devices
  3. Policy 7540.04 - Staff Technology Acceptable Use and Safety
  4. Policy 7542 - Access to District Technology Resources and/or Information Resources from Personal Communication Devices
  5. AG 7540.04 - Staff Technology Acceptable Use and Safety
