0154 - MOTIONS

The Board shall, at the organizational meeting:

1. adopt the budget for the next succeeding fiscal year; (R.C. 5705.28)
2. designate a day, place, and time for regular meetings which shall be held at least once every two (2) months; (R.C. 3313.15)
3. establish a reasonable method whereby any person may determine the time and place of all regularly scheduled meetings and the time, place, and purpose of all special meetings; (R.C. 121.22(F))
4. join the Ohio School Boards Association; (R.C. 3313.87) 
5. establish a Service Fund for the payment of expenses actually incurred by Board members in the performance of their duties or members-elect in training and orientation to the performance of their duties. (R.C. 3315.15)
