8310.01 - SCHOOL BOARD DOCUMENTS

Documents provided by the Administration to the School Board in advance of regular School Board meetings will generally be published on the Corporation’s website within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the documents are provided to the School Board, except for the following items:

1. Staffing reports;

2. Collective bargaining reports;

3. Documents containing sensitive or confidential identifiable information such as tax identification numbers, social security numbers, driver’s license data, credit card information or bank account information;

4. Documents accepted from disclosure under the Indiana Access Public Records Act;

5. Documents relating to the acquisition of real property including purchase agreements; and

6. Documents that the Superintendent deems inadvisable to publish in advance of a School Board Meeting for legitimate reasons related to the interests of the Corporation. The Superintendent will notify Members of the Board when this occurs.
