3130 - ASSIGNMENT AND TRANSFER

The School Board believes that the appropriate placement of qualified and competent staff is essential to the successful functioning of the Corporation.

The Superintendent shall be responsible for the assignment and transfer of all professional staff members. Transfers of Administrators, Directors and Managers will be approved by the Board. 

When appropriate, the procedures shall be in accordance with the terms of the negotiated agreement.
