2460.03 - EXTENDED SCHOOL YEAR SERVICES FOR DISABLED STUDENTS

The School Board shall provide extended school year services to a disabled student when the case conference decides it is necessary to prevent substantial regression or loss of a critical skill, or if the student is beginning development of a breakthrough skill.

The Superintendent shall implement administrative guidelines which are in compliance with Federal and State requirements.
