4140 - TERMINATION AND RESIGNATION

TERMINATION

Employment of support staff employees may be terminated by the Superintendent.

Support staff employees subject to termination may be given an opportunity to resign. 

RESIGNATION

A support staff member may resign by filing a written resignation with the Superintendent.

The Superintendent may act for the Board in the acceptance of a resignation.
