3600 - SOLICITATION BY STAFF

School employees shall not use school time or school facilities in connection with any personal activity for financial profit outside the regular school program.

No school employee shall use the name of the school or School District or his/her position in the School District to promote or solicit for the sale of school books, school supplies, or school equipment.

In general there shall be no solicitation of students by staff. Building principals may make arrangements for sale of school pictures, student accident insurance, graduation announcements, class rings, and other items approved by the Superintendent of Schools.
