6100.02 - CHECK SIGNING

The Board authorizes the use of automated check signing in accordance with the following provisions:

  1. The Treasurer, Clerk, and President shall sign checks in accordance with the provisions of Wisconsin Statutes. A digitized signature is used on all checks.
  2. The signing of blanks shall be prohibited.
  3. All void or spoiled checks shall be marked and retained
