4220 - EVALUATION OF SUPPORT STAFF

The Board recognizes the importance of implementing a program of support staff member evaluations for the purpose of promoting individual job performance and improving services to students. As such, the Superintendent shall implement an evaluation for support staff as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
