4140 - TERMINATION AND RESIGNATION

TERMINATION

Employment of support staff employees may be terminated by the Superintendent.

RESIGNATION

A support staff member resigns by filing a written resignation with the Superintendent.

A resignation, once accepted by the Superintendent, shall not then be rescinded.
