Beliefs

Beliefs are our organization’s fundamental convictions, our values and character.

Our Beliefs

1. Effective communication is critical to building relationships and establishing a collective purpose.
2. Principals, teachers and parents make a critical difference in student achievement.
3. Empowering staff is an important component to growth for all.
4. Community partnerships are essential to maximize student success.
5. Many individuals are responsible for the welfare of all children and youth.
6. Children and their best interests are at the forefront of decisions and not what is most convenient for adults.
7. A safe learning environment for all students and staff will not be compromised.

Commitments

Commitments mean that our District will adhere to strict parameters that establish boundaries and limits within which our organization will accomplish its mission.
