0154 - MOTIONS

The School Board shall, at the organizational meeting on or before January 15th:

  1. Elect a:
     
    1. president
    2. vice president; and
    3. secretary

each of whom is a different manner;

  1. Appoint a treasurer of the Board and of the School Corporation who is a person, other than the Superintendent, who is not a member of the Board.
