0171.4 - TREASURER

The Treasurer of the Board of Education shall be elected by the members of the Board. It shall be the duty of the Treasurer to sign checks and all legal documents as required by Statute.

All school monies, records, deposits, receipts, investments, and expenditures of money, along with monthly reports of financial transactions to the Board, are the responsibility of the Chief Financial Officer, delegated to him/her by the Board, and consistent with the current law.
