5451 - STUDENT RECOGNITION

The Boardvaluesand promotes student excellence andsupports District efforts that instill in students the desire to do their best in all things. It shall be the policy of this Board, therefore, to recognize outstandingstudent accomplishment inacademic, co-curricular, and extra-curricular areas.

The Board authorizes the District Administrator to develop a plan for recognition of outstanding student achievementand excellence based on well-defined, consistent criteria and standards.
