6212 - COST-SAVINGS INCENTIVE PROGRAM

With the increasing demands on the School Corporation's resources and the limited means to enhance its resources, the School Board will continue to seek ways to reduce costs without diminishing the quality of services provided to the students of the Corporation.

To that end, the Board authorizes the Superintendent to establish a Cost-Savings Reduction Program, in accordance with I.C. 36-1- 13, which will provide opportunities for any employee to suggest ways in which the Corporation can effectively reduce its costs.
