0154 - MOTIONS
The School Board shall, at the organizational meeting on or before January 15th:
- Elect a:
- president
- vice president; and
- secretary
each of whom is a different manner;
- Appoint a treasurer of the Board and of the School Corporation who is a person, other than the Superintendent, who is not a member of the Board.
- designate a day, place, and time for regular meetings which shall be held at least once every month;
- appoint a legal counsel;
- appoint a Board member as legislative liaison to the Indiana School Boards Association;
- appoint the local board of finance.
