5114 - NONIMMIGRANT STUDENTS AND VISITOR PROGRAMS

The Board recognizes the positive cultural benefits to the students, staff, and the community in meeting students from other countries and in having exchange students as members of the student body of this District.

The District will permit the admission of foreign-exchange students (those from recognized and approved student exchange programs) who are residing in the District. The Board may permit foreign-exchange students to attend school in the District without payment of tuition.
