All school records and reports required by State or Federal laws and regulations, including those mandated by the Department of Public Instruction, shall be completed, verified, and transmitted to the appropriate, organization or agency in a timely manner.
           
The District Administrator shall have the authority to acquire the necessary facts and statistics to complete such records and reports.
