5605 - SUSPENSION/EXPULSION OF DISABLED STUDENTS

In matters relating to the disciplining of disabled students, the Board shall abide by Federal and State laws regarding suspension and expulsion.

The Superintendent shall develop and update as needed administrative procedures to implement this policy.
