3130.01 - RE-ASSIGNMENT OF STAFF

Employees may be reassigned to any position for which they are qualified in order to meet the needs of the District. The Superintendent shall recommend employees for re-assignment to the Board. Employees in a bargaining unit are to refer to negotiated agreements.
