0165.4 - RECESS

The Board may at any time recess or adjourn to a meeting at a specified date and place. If a recess is provided for in the agenda, the Chair, when the time arrives, announces the fact and says the assembly stands in recess, to the specified hour. When the Board meets at the time that the recess is to conclude, the Chair calls the assembly to order and the business proceeds as a continuation of the previous session.
