0161 - PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY
 
The parliamentary authority governing the Board shall be the most recent edition of Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised, except as otherwise provided by special Board rules and regulations and/or statutes. The Board attorney shall serve as parliamentarian at all Board meetings.
