2262 - SCHOOL AGE CHILD CARE
The procedures for implementing a school age child care program are:
Contact the District child care coordinator to conduct a feasibility study.
Conduct a family needs survey. This issue may be included on a school survey.
Complete an "Initial Child Care Plan" Child Care Guidelines: Attachment H, for approval by the Superintendent, Area Superintendent, and the Director of Adult/Community Education. An approved copy should be submitted to the district child care office for implementation of the program and to human resources for allocation of staff.
